A beautiful serpentine Regency style writing desk set with a chair which was originally made in the 1950's.

Of honest artisan construction, made out of solid wood, it incorporates the classic lines of the late Georgian Period with Marlborough style legs embodies a well used much loved piece of English furniture.

It features two curved dovetail drawers with original brass pull handle which is polished and finished in gold.

It is hand painted through and through in Midnight blue/navy blue colour, details highlighted in gold pigments and finished off with satin varnish for protection.
